The service department will then provide you with a Return Address and a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number. Such number needs to be labeled on the package. The cost of the return is not refundable/returnable, a customer is responsible for the shipping. For your protection, the package(s) must be sent va UPS or FedEx.

No returns will be accepted without previous authorization and will be rejected.All return merchandise must be in the original contaction and in the original packaging.
