After a particularly trying school year, I wanted my assistant to know how courageous I thought she'd been all year. The idea of a purple heart was my wife's but I took it upon myself to find the right one. Boy did I. The shade of purple was hauntingly clear, as if a dream was floating around inside the glass. The glass itself was delicate yet strong. The ribbon added the soft touch that a metal chain would have obliterated. I'm so happy with this pendant.
